In March 2015 we achieved the 9th position on the GPTW ranking of the Best Company to Work for in Mexico with over 5,000 employees. This was the ninth year that Atento received this award, climbing seven positions compared to the previous edition.
The Amauta Award in Direct and Interactive Marketing recognizes the best companies in Latin America and in its fifteenth edition, two of our cases were rewarded in the categories: Telemarketing Customer Service and Telemarketing Loyalty Programs & Relationship.

This Award, given annually in Mexico by the Mexican Center for Philanthropy (Cemefi) and AliaRSE, recognized Atento for the 9th consecutive year in 2015. This distinction qualifies us as a committed, voluntary and socially responsible organization.
National Award for Excellence in Enterprise Relationship - Customer and Contact Center
This award, offered by the Mexican Institute of Teleservices (IMT), is a recognition for best practices in management, operation, dissemination and social responsibility organized by the Mexican Institute of Teleservices.
