MADRID - Atento, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services multinational in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, has again been named one of the 25 best multinational companies to work for by the Great Place to Work Institute at an award ceremony in San Francisco. The ranking is the world's largest annual study of workplace excellence and identifies the top 25 best multinationals in terms of workplace culture in 2013.
Atento, recognized for its people management worldwide
Over 2012 and 2013 Atento has been praised by different organizations for its people management, workplace environment and corporate social responsibility. In 2012, ten of Atento's operations were named best workplaces: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Peru, Spain and Uruguay. In 2013 the company was named Best Workplace in Latin America and Central America, the only company in its sector to be included in rankings of this kind.
