2 INFORMATION AND CONSENT.

By reading this Privacy Policy, the User is informed about the way in which ATENTO collects, process and protects the personal data that is provided through the website www.atento.com, as well as the data collected from the connection and navigation through the Website (hereinafter, the “navigation”). The User must read carefully this Privacy Policy, which has been written in a clear and simple manner, to facilitate its understanding, and determine if he freely and voluntarily wish to provide his personal data, or those of third parties, to ATENTO.

The data that ATENTO will process of the User will depend on the requests he has addressed. 5 WHAT USER DATA WILL ATENTO PROCESS?

ATENTO may process the following categories of data, depending on the request made by the User: Identification and contact information: full name, email, mailing address, telephone. Data of professional characteristics for employment management: date of birth, nationality, professional experience, image, training, economic situation. Geolocation data. In case of registration and/or access through a third party account, ATENTO may collect and access certain information of the User’s profile of the corresponding social network, only for internal administrative purposes and/or for the purposes indicated above. In the event that the User provides data of third parties, he/she declares to have their consent and commits to transfer the information contained in this Privacy Policy to the data subject, to whom the data belongs, exempting ATENTO from any liability in this respect. However, ATENTO may carry out the necessary corroborations to verify this fact, adopting the appropriate due diligence measures, in accordance with the data protection regulations.

6 WHAT IS THE LEGITIMACY FOR THE PROCESSING OF THE DATA?

The processing for the aforementioned purposes, will always be carried out, with the prior consent of the User and will be necessary to attend the request.
