Atento Receives the Top Employers Certification for the Eighth Consecutive Year in Spain

MADRID, February 1, 2018 – Atento S.A. (NYSE: ATTO), the leading provider of customer relationship management and business process outsourcing services (CRM/BPO) in Latin America, and one of the top five providers worldwide, has received the 2018 Top Employers certification in Spain, recognizing the best employers in the country according to the Top Employers Institute.

The Top Employers certification, which Atento is receiving for the eighth year in a row in Spain, provides the company the recognition in areas such as talent strategy, staff planning and management, welcome processes, learning and development, performance management, leadership development, career management, compensation, benefits, and culture.
