Atento Receives Top Employers Certification for the Fourth Consecutive Year in Brazil

SÃO PAULO, February 8, 2018 – Atento S.A. (NYSE:  ATTO), the leading provider of customer relationship management and business process outsourcing services (CRM/BPO) in Latin America, and one of the top five providers worldwide, was certified for the fourth consecutive year as one of the companies with the best working policies in Brazil, according to the Top Employers Institute.

The seal is only awarded to organizations that meet the highest standards of excellence in career conditions. Participating companies get their HR best practices evaluated in areas such as: talent strategy, workforce planning, on-boarding, training and development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession management, compensation and benefits and corporate culture. Results are audited by an external consultant, which validates the certification. Being a Top Employer means that the Company has an HR environment that offers good working conditions and that it continually strives to develop its people.
