SalesUp!, the process of transforming our commercial strategy

Last February, we kicked off Sales UP! our Commercial Transformation program, aimed at renewing our sales concept in Atento and becoming more consulting-driven with the goal of achieving greater efficiency while improving our sales capacity and developing a new commercial strategy.

Through this program, we have been able to put ourselves at the vanguard, train our teams to be leaders in sales in our sector, and adopt new strategies that will allow us to continue growing in a virtual environment.

During the last 6 months, 200 colleagues from the commercial team at a global level, from the front, pre-sales and back areas have lived a transformation journey where, through more than 7,365 hours of training and 214 virtual sessions, they have had the opportunity to learn new sales methodologies, through more than 40 tools.

On July 13, the graduation of the participants in our Sales Up! Commercial Transformation program took place, with the participation of our CEO, Carlos López-Abadía, and Cathy Jooste, Commercial and Regional Director of USNS, who wanted to accompany all the participants and Commercial Directors, who have witnessed the beginning of a new commercial vision in the company, which leads us on the path of becoming the perfect partner for our clients.

The numbers attest to the success of the program. 98% of the participants consider that the new methodology will boost the sale of our Next Generation Services.
