1. PRIVACY POLICY – WORK WITH US

Data provided will be processed by ATENTO SPAIN HOLDCO, S.L.U., with Spanish Tax ID number B86445731, (hereinafter “ATENTO”) with registered office at Santiago de Compostela Street, 94, 28035 Madrid (Spain).

 You can contact ATENTO’s data protection officer (DPO) via the following email address dpo@atento.com, or by sending a letter to ATENTO’s registered office addressed to the “Data Protection Officer.”

 

2. INFORMATION

Through this privacy policy, you are informed that the personal data provided in this form (hereinafter, the “form”) will be processed by ATENTO.

You should carefully read this privacy policy, which has been written in a simple and clear manner to make it easy to understand, and freely and voluntarily determine if you wish to provide your personal data to ATENTO.

 

3. REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE DATA.

The data requested in this form are, in general, mandatory to comply with the established purpose, unless otherwise specified in the required field. Therefore, if they are not provided or are not provided correctly, it will not be possible to attend to it.

 

4. FOR WHAT PURPOSE AND FOR HOW LONG WILL ATENTO PROCESS THE USER’S PERSONAL DATA?

The personal data provided will be processed by ATENTO in order to assess your candidacy and include it in our candidate database to inform you about future opportunities that may be of your interest.

The data included here will be stored for three years for the indicated purpose; therefore, it is your responsibility to keep them up to date.

 

5. WHAT ARE THE LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING A USER`S DATA?

The processing of your personal data by Atento is necessary for the performance of the pre-contractual measures derived from your registration in our candidate database to receive employment opportunities.

 

6. WITH WHOM WILL USER’S DATA BE SHARED?

Other entities of the Atento group, as well as third parties, may have access to the data you provided. This access would be always carried out on behalf of Atento and exclusively for the fulfilment of the purpose described above. Some of these entities may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

In addition, your data may be communicated to third parties to comply with our legal obligations. Apart from these events, if ATENTO wishes to make such communication, we will require your express consent.

 

7. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

In the event that we transfer your personal data outside of your country of residence, it will be done in accordance with applicable law and with an appropriate level of protection and security. To this end, we will require that the laws of the country to which the personal data is transferred ensure an adequate level of protection, or if not, that adequate safeguards are in place to ensure the protection of your personal data.

We inform you that the companies of the Atento group have signed the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission in order to have adequate guarantees for the protection of personal data.

 

 8. USER ACCOUNTABILITY

You:

  • Certify that you are over eighteen (18) years old and that the data you provide to ATENTO are true, accurate, complete, and up to date. In this sense, you are accountable for the truthfulness of the data you share and for duly keeping it up to date.
  • Certify that you have informed any third parties whose data you provide, where applicable, of the content contained in this document. You also certify that you have obtained their authorization to provide their data to ATENTO for the above-mentioned purposes.
  • You will be liable for any false or inaccurate information you provide, and any direct or indirect damages caused to ATENTO or third parties.

 

9. EXERCISING RIGHTS

You can send an email to dpo@atento.com or a letter to ATENTO, to the address provided in the heading of this policy at any time and free of charge, to:

  • Withdraw any consent given.
  • Access your personal data.
  • Rectify any inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase your data when, among other reasons, these data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected.
  • Restrict the data processing when any of the conditions set out in data protection regulations are met.
  • Request portability of your data to another controller.
  • File a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe that ATENTO has violated your rights granted under applicable regulations on data protection.

 

10. SECURITY MEASURES.

ATENTO will always process your data in an absolutely confidential manner under an obligation of secret, pursuant to the provisions of the applicable regulations, adopting the technical and organizational measures necessary to guarantee the security of your data and prevent unauthorized alteration, loss, processing or access thereto, bearing in mind the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks to which they are exposed.

 

11. CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE.

By accepting this clause, I expressly undertake to keep fully confidential any ATENTO or third-party information I have access to during the hiring process and while carrying out any training activity. I undertake not to disclose them, publish them, or directly or indirectly make them available to third parties.

Moreover, I undertake to refrain from making any copies of said information or any other material or documentation as well as to respect all security measures ATENTO adopts to guarantee the confidentiality of the information. These obligations are valid for an indefinite period of time, and I undertake to fulfill them after the completion, regardless of the reason, of the hiring process or my professional relationship with ATENTO.
