Atento has been recognized as one of the most innovative companies in the Services sector, according to the Valor Inovação 2020 Award, a ranking prepared the Brazilian newspaper Valor Econômico in partnership with PwC´s consulting firm Strategy&.
This is the sixth year in a row that Atento achieves this recognition, thanks to our investment in the development of new solutions, technologies and capabilities. In this edition, we obtained the third position among the companies that operate in our same segment.
One of the key facts that drove this recognition was the creation of a Marketing and Transformation steering committee in 2019 that promoted the creation of innovative areas. One of them is the CX consulting area, focused on the study and design of the best consumer relationship strategies, together with the Language User Interface (LUI) area, where a team made up of linguists, copywriters , UX designers and scriptwriters, are constantly developing the ideal languages for each conversational interface. Areas focused on innovation, best practices and the creation of new solutions were also created.
“Innovation is already in our culture, and we try to apply this value daily in each department and in each decision that we make. We have a very solid idea management policy, and we also hold a biweekly innovation committee. This environment encourages new ideas and always guarantees positive results”, says Mauricio Castro, Marketing and Transformation Director of Atento in Brazil.
But technology alone is not enough. According to Castro, the secret to guaranteeing the best experiences for consumers lies in the mix of specialized human contact and the power of technology. When both elements complement each other, the performance improvement becomes real.
In addition to this recognition by Valor Inovação, Atento was also recognized with the ISO 56002 certification of innovation management in the first half of this year, becoming the first in its sector to achieve this certification.
